Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size change, color change, item exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The only conditions that are requested are inherent to the product:
- Must not have been used
- It must not have suffered any type of damage
- It must have the company tag attached and be equipped with its original packaging
- It must have the warranty seal attached
SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
Return/Exchange Instructions

Send an email to request a replacement to customerservice@mqworld.it, attaching the form in PDF format which can be downloaded here.
- Wait for a response from our customer service, which will provide all the instructions to follow.
- Contact your shipping service.
- If the customer has opted for the exchange, the requested item will be sent once availability in stock has been verified.
Refund Instructions
Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
Prices and shipping costs following exchange
In the event of exchanges due to the wrong size or number, regardless of current promotions and discounts, no price differences or shipping costs will be requested if, at the time of the exchange, the price is different from that at the time of purchase.
If the replacement concerns items other than the one initially ordered, at the time of the exchange, the price of the chosen item in force at that precise moment will be taken into account and the expected shipping costs will be applied. as indicated in the " Shipping " section.
